‘Living History’

Take a step back in time with one of our famous themed ‘Living History’ days!

Whether you wish to meet a ‘Celtic Chief’ in his round house or to learn how to march with a Roman soldier, we have the day for you packed with activities!

We cover all the periods of the ‘Invaders & Settlers’, Neolithic through to the Dark ages.

‘Multi Activity’ days,

Our varied multi activity days are designed not only to challenge the children but also to help them bond and work together. The days are made up with a mix of activities to suit each individual groups requirements.

‘Wilderness Day’ has Shelter building, Coppicing, Wilderness games, Orienteering & Problem solving with perhaps lunch around the campfire.

‘Back to Nature Day’ brings in Nature Walks, Pond dipping, ‘Meet the Animals’, Mini Beasts, Nature games, River studies and perhaps a picnic in the Wildflower Meadow.

‘Crafty Day’ with ‘Farmer Fogarty! Pottery, Drum making, Ancient Technologies, etc.

We can provide also a variety of lunch options including picnics and themed meals!

Prices;

 

Full Day: 10am to 3.30pm

Half Day: 10am to 12.30, -or 1pm to 3.30pm, -or 5pm to 7.30pm

 

Full Day: £9.85 per/child + VAT

Half Day: £6.75 per/child + VAT
